On April 30, 2010, beginning at 7 pm, the Inner-City Scholarship Fund Professionals’ Team will host the 16th Annual Glimmer Gala at the Boston Harbor Hotel. This year’s event is chaired by Stephen Birmingham, Jeannemarie Conley, Corie Fogg and Hank Murphy. Troy Brown, former New England Patriots All-Pro Wide Receiver is serving as the honorary chair.
Each year, the Glimmer Gala proves to be one of the top social events of the year for young professionals in Boston. Highlights of this year’s event are live music and both a silent and live auction with unique and coveted items. The gala has attracted large crowds in the past and the expectation is that this year’s event will be nothing short of a delightful time to benefit an exceptional cause. Proceeds from the Glimmer Gala benefit the opening of the newly formed Quincy Catholic Academy and Inner-City Scholarship Fund.
Tickets purchased before April 22nd are avaliable for $85. After April 22nd, tickets will cost $100 Sponsorship Opportunities are also available.
The evening will featured heavy hors d’oeuvres, hosted bar provided by Sam Adams & Gosling’s Rum, silent and live auctions. Entertainment provided by DJ Dance with Lance and a presentation by student scholarship recipents.
